I’m trying to figure out the best and most clandestine way to photograph our new Italian intern.

I need a second opinion. I don’t know if I think he’s adorable because he’s actually attractive or because of the accent. He dresses well, so he fits that European stereotype and he’s darling. Very sweet and polite. Actually I don’t care. Perhaps my attraction is a mirage of delicious accents and well-pressed slacks and vague, long-standing fantasies of taking a foreign lover. It’s good enough for me. I’ll sneak glances at him and accidentally brush against him for the year that he’s here and then he’ll return to Italy and that’ll be that.
