you should totally check out these two awesome documentaries I watched yesterday, Visual Acoustics and Objectified.

Visual Acoustics is about architecture photographer Julius Schulman, who’s famous for his images of 50’s and 60’s modern architecture. It does a great job of making you feel nostalgic for something that you never even experienced, specifically sitting in a ridiculous house on a cliff that overlooks Palm Springs, rocking a beehive and wearing heavy black eyeliner.

Objectified is about the human experience with objects and the people who design them. It’s from the same guy who did Helvetica, so if you loved watching pretentious creatives sitting in sparsely decorated white spaces philosophizing about design, you’ll love this one too.
